These Mini converters are 409 stainless, but weigh only 2.5 lbs and measure only 11” long. Installed, they only take up 7” in length. 

Pypes cats and catted X-pipes will pass most states emmissions testing procedures. However, check your local and state ordinances for installation and usage regulations. This kit is already included in the street-legal x-pipes above. Customers with off-road x-pipes can purchase this kit to make their exhaust, street-legal.
